Blossom the Fox never meant to invent Bottom of the Barrel—it all started with a little oops in Missouri orchard kitchen! She accidentally mixed plump strawberries, juicy blueberries, and mischievous blackberries together, and rather than waste a perfectly good pile of berries, she gave it a stir and hoped for the best. Well, bless her whiskers—it was delicious! And so, every jar of Bottom of the Barrel is a tasty reminder that sometimes the best recipes come from the happiest accidents.
